1947pk Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and 1947pk ("the Platform", "we", "us") regarding your use of the 1947pk website, games, promotions and related services. By creating an account at 1947pk, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

1947pk operates as an online gaming platform serving players in Pakistan. All account balances, deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not hold, claim or imply any government or regulatory licence issued by Pakistani authorities. Players are responsible for understanding the legal position in their own jurisdiction before registering.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 1947pk, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.

• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or using false identity information.

3 Account Management

Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with any other person, and you may not allow any other person to access your account or play on your behalf. 1947pk is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials or failed to secure their login information.

Players are responsible for keeping their account information — including contact details and payment method details — accurate and up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawals or cause verification issues.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits at 1947pk are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment clears from your chosen payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions typically clear within a few minutes. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the deposit page.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account registered to someone else — are not permitted and will be returned or flagged.
• 1947pk does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account balance.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before your first has been resolved to avoid double-crediting errors.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 1947pk are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the platform team and processed within the timeframes applicable to the chosen method.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.
• Raast and Bank Transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals below the published minimum amount are not permitted.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, or to a method registered in your verified name.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Real money deposits are withdrawable at any time, subject to standard processing time.

1947pk reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a routine security measure and is not an indication of suspected wrongdoing. Providing requested documents promptly will avoid delays to your withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

1947pk offers a range of bonuses including a welcome deposit match, daily reload bonus, weekly cashback, free spins and a referral programme. Each promotion is governed by individual terms that are shown in the Promotions section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all bonuses.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real money funds. Real money is used first during gameplay.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 25x means you must wager 25 times the bonus value).
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. A new bonus cannot be claimed while another is in progress unless specified otherwise.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-run averages and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

8 Account Security

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

1947pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account if there is reason to believe that:

• The player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Multiple accounts have been registered by the same individual.
• False identity or age information was provided at registration.
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse or exploited a software fault to obtain an unfair advantage.
• The player's behaviour poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In cases of proven fraud, bonus abuse or multi-accounting, 1947pk reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any funds held in the affected account. For suspensions triggered by security concerns rather than misconduct, the player will be contacted and given an opportunity to verify their identity and restore access.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account can do so by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

11 Limitation of Liability

1947pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and service reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.

• 1947pk is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decisions during gameplay.
• We are not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or banks.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence on the part of 1947pk.

12 Changes to These Terms

1947pk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the platform or by the contact details registered to their account. Continued use of the platform after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
